University of Alabama's College of Human Environmental Science Interior Design students have partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Tuscaloosa to develop a group of affordable interior design techniques which can help make homes safer for someone with Alzheimer’s disease, help make the caregiver’s job easier, and help the person with Alzheimer’s maintain as much independence as possible.
